How to make the CKEditor plugins work?

I use CKEditor builder to add some plugins and download the package and use it in my project. But unfortunately some plugins seems not working. For example, the slideshow, image enhancement and upload plugins do not work. The theme and the language options seems working. Should I do anything extra to make them work? Thanks.
