Add a "Most Popular" tag to the Cloud plan. This helps nudge users toward it.

Replace "Expand your data pipeline and leverage Estuary's leading Support." with

"Optimize Your Data Pipelines with Estuary’s Cost-Effective Pricing!"

@danthelion We already have the "30-day free trial". Should we replace it with "Most popular" or add another tag? If another tag, where?
