Enhancing ZIKA Corpus articles in OCC

The Zika Corpus compiled by Daniel Mietchen is the ideal size to be used in pilot experiments for future functionalities of the OpenCitations Corpus, and the Wikidata markup is excellent.

It would be good to include all the papers within this corpus, ideally tagged "Zika Corpus member", and their references, into OCC. Although the Zika Corpus is, of course, expanding daily, a snapshot of its content on a particular day will do fine for our tests.
