The bug

I found a bug that affects how the settings items are displayed when the display is rotated.

Yes, this looks like a firmware issue (probably with how images interact with the clipping rectangle when rotated).

I just tried it here on my watch on 2v27, and that screen appears to render great when rotated for left-handed use.

Or were you using some other rotation?

Or if you were just on left-handed I wonder if this is somehow related to something else you have installed as you seem to have a few other apps installed. It's why we ask for 'Installed apps' as often some app that's installed will be doing something strange and causing problems.
