id(api_id).is_connected(true) -> id(api_id).is_connected_with_state_subscription()

Documentation was not updated to match esphome/esphome#14574 so everyone going to https://esphome.io/components/api/#apiconnected-condition to see why their code no longer compiles gets no clue.
