The windows are no more in tiling mode if I turn off my monitor.

Symptom
If I turn off my monitor, my windows will lose the tiling function.
Only the new window which I open after I turn on my monitor works.
How to Reproduce

1. Turn off monitor
2. Turn on monitor
3. See error

Expected behavior
The windows are placed where they should be placed.

• Distro: Archlinux
• KWin version: 6.1.2
• Krohnkite version: 0.9.7
• List of KWin scripts in use: Nothing
