这个脚本用于将 Reasonix 从 v0.53 版本的数据格式迁移到 v1.3.0 版本，修复了三个已知问题（也是我遇到的）：会话丢失、修复后对话出现400 错误（tool_calls 格式问题）以及侧栏不显示（工作区绑定问题）。
