The Education, Training, & Adoption Working Group has a goal of increasing awareness and adoption of our ecosystem. Marketing also has a goal of increasing awareness and adoption of our ecosystem. I recommend the erlef homepage include more on why the ecoystem is great (it has some) and more about what the ecosystem is (it is currently written for people who already know the ecosystem). It doesn't all have to be on the homepage, but maybe 'what is the ecoystem' and 'why the ecosytem is great' links (which could link to FAQ).

My reason for asking is I plan to put an erlef link on something I'm doing for security where most of audience has no clue about our ecosystem and I want to educate and excite them.

This is a two-part issue. (1) does the content exist (marketing?) and (2) making it accessible off home page. (2) is probably easy, it's (1) that is the hard problem if we don't have already

I think these are all very excellent and important call outs. It's still quite confusing to a lot of people what the foundation, what working groups do, how to get involved, etc.

We need (1). I'd love to hear ideas from the new marcom team and in general from the marketing working group and the community.

Edit: I would also add this can be a part of site re-design and sprucing up, which is a tentatively planned thing, but I don't think we should wait on that. Content is content, laying out the content though is not always straight forward, at least to me.
