bunch of "TODO: enable me" comments in golangci.yml should be enabled.

Hey!! @VBulikov.
Im starting to contribute in open source, and I think I have to review the functionality of the linters that has to be enabled. I will individually test each linter and run them locally and if they are not breaking the code, I'll enable them. So, can I get assigned ?
