X button in Alert components behaves quirkily. #12

Expected Behavior

Once we click X button, no matter we click it again, Alert components should be closed.

Actual Behavior

Clicking X button again before the Alert component is closed takes it back to normal.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Click X button in a Alert component.
Click X button again before the Alert component is closed.
The Alert component turns back to normal.

Version: 1.0.0-alpha.7
Platform: Windows 10
Subsystem: Firefox browser 95.0 64bit
