SSE 模块跨 TS 和 Rust 两侧实现。TS 侧基于
fetch+ReadableStream（catcher-http+catcher-web），Rust 侧基于reqwest+tokio_stream（catcher-http），并通过 napi-rs / UniFFI / dart:ffi 桥接到各平台。详见10-sse.md。
原生层能力缺口：部分 TS 侧已有能力（
responseType: stream、per-request cancel via AbortController、FormData 上传）在 Rust 原生层尚未对等覆盖。详见../../issues/native-layer-capability-gaps.md。
