apserver里面的run.sh脚本路径有问题 #165

Current Behavior

我在当前目录执行这个命令的时候，会一直提示 apserver is already running. pid=xxx
apserver服务也没有启动起来

./apserver/run.sh start

当我进入apserver目录后，再执行./run.sh start便可以

查明原因后，发现是脚本里写死了路径
而且判定pid(程序是否启动)的if语句也有点问题，所以这里我删除了上面判定pid的逻辑
