Impossible to back out of subscribe page after information has been entered

Description

I'm upgrading from a free account, and tried to back out of the subscribe page to change plans from the one I selected.

It seems like as soon as any data is input, the back button breaks and the app refuses to close (even when using "Quit Ente" from the tray icon). The only way to close it is using task manager.

Steps:

1. Choose a plan
2. Enter any data and let it validate (eg. type "1" in the card number box and click off it)
3. You're now stuck on the page
