Fix Linting

### Expected Behaviour

ESLint should run on our pre-commit or a pre-push hook. We should also have an `.eslintrc` file to explicitly define what rules we want followed.

### Current Behaviour

eslint is extending a few configurations from within our `package.json` in the frontend
