[Feature] Connect button improvement

Motivation

Currently when connecting and disconnecting, buttons are on different positions and connect button might be covered by popup.

Detailed design

To improve user experience, place where disconnect button currently is should be connect button when there is no connection.
Also, popups should never cover connect button. Currently connect button might be covered right after disconnect.
