I didn't know where to post it but I discovered a solution to use "Tab" key in Dreamweaver:
Copy this text in your clipboard: "Tab"
When you are on the screen to select the keyboard shortcut (Edition > Keyboard shortcuts > Menu commands > Commands > Emmet > Expand abbreviation) , in the textbox, do right-clic > Paste
Click "Ok" and it should work (in the Commands > Emmet menu, you should see: "Expand abbreviation Tab")
I tested it on DW CS6, Windows 8
EDIT: But I have to say that it's not the best shortcut because you will loose the stock autocomplete function of DW.

I think it should be pointed out that with this approach one loses the tab functionality and as a consequence indenting via the Tab key is no-longer possible. o & BTW you can just type Tab, you don't need to copy Paste it in on the Mac.
You're right, I forgot to mention that this trick is only useful for Windows users and than when I said "EDIT: But I have to say that it's not the best shortcut because you will loose the stock autocomplete function of DW." it was about the fact that you loose the original function of DW.
I posted this because I have found lost of forum where people asked how to use the Tab key in DW for windows, so I thought it could be useful for them to know how to do it.
