Add CfP participant & Reviewer sub-categories to aggregate diversity data export #1782

In addition to our existing aggregate diversity metrics for all attendees (gender/age/race) we want to break out some sub-categories:

All CfP participants (i.e. anyone who submitted something)
All accepted CfP participants
CfP Reviewers

SamLR added the 📝CfP label
