i18n(id): complete official Indonesian translations for byline schema admin strings

Summary

The Indonesian (id) admin catalog still has untranslated strings in the newer byline schema and custom-field management UI. This issue tracks translating those strings using formal, UI-appropriate Indonesian and verifying the catalog afterward.

Scope

Update packages/admin/src/locales/id/messages.po for the currently untranslated id strings around:

• byline schema
• byline custom fields
• field creation, deletion, and reordering
• translatability and locale-storage descriptions
• related loading, error, and save states

Translation guidance

• Keep locale code as id
• Use formal Indonesian suitable for application and admin UI
• Prefer concise active voice where natural
• Preserve placeholders and plural structure exactly
• Keep existing product terminology consistent with the current catalog

Acceptance criteria

• packages/admin/src/locales/id/messages.po has no empty msgstr entries for this batch
• translations are reviewed for consistency and official Indonesian wording
• locale catalog compiles successfully
• follow-up PR references and closes this issue
