Addon incompatible with apps using @ember/test-helpers >=3.0 #1078

Upgrading @ember/test-helpers from v2 to v3 in a consuming app throws the following error at build time:

ember-qunit has the following unmet peerDependencies:
	* @ember/test-helpers: `^2.9.3`; it was resolved to `3.0.2`

Looks like this is a known issue that @NullVoxPopuli has a PR open to address: #1069
