SDRAM README

Thank you very much for the 10 different SDRAM directories, but I have no idea what the difference is between them. Which one should I use?

A README introduction to the section would be most helpful.

even I don't know :) I collected them from various emulations on which sdram probably worked but im not fully sure will it work well in any different environment, probably not usually sdram is written to be small and eventual bugs not being triggered at particular usage. To become bugless sdram driver will become also longer and slower.
