Hello, I would like to use your tool on the https://cgc.sbgenomics.com/ platform.
To do so, the tool should be loaded on a docker, I tried to load it by myself, unfortunately, without any success.
I wondered if some of you guys would be so kind to make a jitterbug docker container.
