Room pill uses display name/avatar from a previous time (or tombstoned room)

Steps to reproduce

Unclear exactly which steps. I've made assumptions here.

1. Set a display name and avatar on a room.
2. Upgrade it
3. In the new one, change that display name and avatar
4. Link to the room via alias in a message

It's possible this is another alias cache issue: both rooms might have the alias set in state (but obviously not in the directory), which is confusing the renderer.

What did you expect?

The latest room's name and avatar.

What happened instead?

While composing, the right details were used. Upon sending it was also okay briefly. Suddenly, it went back in time for unknown reasons.
