System tray UI does not open on Ubuntu 25.10

The service is working fine but when I click they tray icon it give me the spinning wait cursor but the menu never opens. I was unable to find any error logs to figure out what is wrong. Qt6 is installed..

Any suggestions on how to figure out what could be wrong?

The installation comes with its Qt6 libraries. Which device are you using, in order to try it in a virtual machine? Is this something that worked fine in previous Ubuntu version?

I did not test this earlier. First time I tried this device (Artics 7+) and manager on Linux.

But as I said, if there is any way I can debug it and help improve it for other users, please share how I can trace what is happening.

You can always download the sources and run them. I use VSCode, essentially, you want to:

1. clone the repository
2. git checkout develop
3. pipenv install
4. stop the arctis-manager service (systemctl --user disable --now arctis-manager)
5. Within VSCode run the debug configuration "arctis_manager debug"

When you're done, remember to enable the service again (systemctl --user enable --now arctis-manager)

When the application runs in debug mode, you can set breakpoints. The interface should be in arctis_manager/systray_app.py
