As a user, I would like to create an account, so that I can have my own account.

## Acceptance criteria

* [ ] Fill user information
* [ ] Validate user information
* [ ] Notify if account is created
* [ ] Send confirmation email
* [ ] Resend confirmation email
* [ ] Confirm account
