I feel dumb - can't get to work on one instance

I installed this on my home instance and love it. I'm now frustrated that my office instance has a different UI, however I can't for the life of me get it to work there. I've removed, reinstalled, copied files, etc. What is the easiest way to figure out what isn't happening/loading. I've spent more time troubleshooting than it is worth, but it is bugging me.

Hi @alfista2600,
First thing to do is to clear cache, to be sure that it is cleared, do it from the browser dev tools checking the "no cache" checkbox in the network tab. Do this first and then we can jump to other steps if it is still not working.

Hi Iván - Thanks for the reply. I should have mentioned I tried it in chrome as well as safari, and just cleared the cache in chrome for good measure to no avail.

Did you cleared cache as I mentioned? (with the checkbook checked in network tab and performing a reload with the developer tools open)

Perfect, with that ruled out, could you follow the steps 1 and 2 from here and tell me your results?

I am dumb... dashes and underscores can look deceivingly similar.
