9.3 will introduce a new feature to rollback integrations to a previous version.

The rollback integrations action will be available for 7 days after an upgrade (https://github.com/elastic/ingest-dev/issues/5450). The TTL is configurable with the xpack.fleet.integrationRollbackTTL kibana config.

The rollback is intended to restore a previous version of an integration, in case there is an issue with an upgrade. The rollback restores the previous version of integration policies too.
If the current user doesn't have access to all integration policies (in other spaces), the rollback won't be allowed.
