Prerequisites

  • I have searched existing issues to ensure this feature hasn't already been requested
  • I have tested using the latest version of docs-builder

What problem are you trying to solve?

It would be great to be able to redirect without too much complexity certain anchors of a page, without redirecting other cases.
Something like this:

'/deploy-manage/security/secure-http-communications.md#csp-strict-mode':'/deploy-manage/security/using-kibana-with-security.md#csp-strict-mode'

^^ The previous would redirect only original /deploy-manage/security/secure-http-communications.md#csp-strict-mode and not any occurrence of /deploy-manage/security/secure-http-communications.md

Use cases

  • When we move a portion of a page (with its anchor) to another page, without moving the entire page.

Proposed Solution

Supporting:

'/deploy-manage/security/secure-http-communications.md#csp-strict-mode':'/deploy-manage/security/using-kibana-with-security.md#csp-strict-mode'
