[Feature Request]: Borders around screencapture images

Prerequisites

• I have searched existing issues to ensure this feature hasn't already been requested
• I have tested using the latest version of docs-builder

What problem are you trying to solve?

I think that any images that are marked as screen captures would benefit from having a small border. In some cases the capture is a bit difficult to distinguish from the surrounding text.

Please see example below.

Proposed Solution

Any images flagged as "screencapture" would be rendered with a border.
