Dropdown titles with formatting incorrectly render

Describe the bug

Dropdown titles with bold text in the old system render as **text** in Elastic Docs v3.

Expected behavior

Dropdown titles in Elastic Docs v3 are bold by default. Any text formatting should be removed in dropdown titles.

like do we want to default to the entire dropdown title being bold or do we want to be able to add differentiated styling?
