magic breaking all cosmetics and cant hit anything

I am running 10.10.4 Magic on 1.21.8 Paper server.
when I intall the plugin, it Breaks all my server cosmetics and turns them all into paper. I am using NEXO Plugin for my cosmetics,
and I also cannot hit anything with my fist anymore. (this comes and goes) but stops if I un-install magic

Have you done any customization of the plugin at all? There is an option prevent_melee_damage that can be set to prevent melee damage, but it is off by default.

If in doubt, you may want to do the following:

1. Shut down your server
2. Completely delete the plugins/Magic folder to reset all configs
3. Restart the server

If it's still doing this with default configs, I can't think of why.

Thank you for the logs! Another thing to try is checking the logs right after you try to hit something, maybe there's an error.

As for the cosmetics, you probably have to pick one or the other, or go through the trouble of merging the two resource packs.

You can turn off Magic's RP with the mconfig config enable_resource_pack false command. Note you'll have to do this again after resetting configs if you do the 1-3 steps above.
