Question: Is it possible to build a EIT protocol with a no_redundant measuremnet pattern?

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to use eit_dynamic_greit.py reconstruction but I would like to know if it is possible to make my FEM protocol_obj without redudant measurements, like it is possible in EIDORS to have no_redudant measurement patterns.
I have checked protocol.py but no option in parser_meas for that.

As for redundant, you mean 192 measurement data, drop half, keep only 96, in a (dist=8, meas_step=1) protocol?

Exactly. Not only droping half, but that i only need to feed 96 measured data to v0 or v1 arrays (in that protocol example)

Maybe you should write your own parser? keep only the diff pairs and then the corresponding rows of Jacobian will be automatically extracted.
