这是一个重要的更新清单

大部分呢的指令目前还没有作参数数值的检测和处理，只是实现了基础的功能。
完善相应的数值限定，有助于使骰子机器人更为的稳定，防止被恶意人员破坏。

例如：.dnd指令如果输入.dnd10000000 则会导致机器人疯狂的发送消息
