Propagate EICrecon#2178 to Other Algorithms

EICrecon#2178 modifies how MC particles are associated to simulated calorimeter hits to account for radiative photon-like topologies. This fix should be propagated to other cases where other MC particles are associated to downstream calorimeter quantities.

FYI, #2178 already includes a fix for the first two (I did a grep against the algorithms and fixed all instances).
