Feature with ChainingFeature should be typed with type of the last segment

In several place in the specification it saif that the a Feature with chaining feature should be typed with the last of the last FeatureChaining:

Or:

"“The values of a Feature with chainingFeatures are the same as values of the last Feature in the chain…”"

Or:

The current implementation only takes into account the owned FeaturingType.
