When dropping dragged elements into a shell placed on a secondary monitor, the positioning is incorrect.

Reproducible as follows:

  • 2 Monitors, primary 100% and secondary 175%
  • Move Eclipse SDK product with any workspace containing some project hierarchies to the secondary monitor
  • Drag an element from Windows explorer (no matter on which monitor) and try to drop it in the project explorer, package explorer or the like
