RockPi4 Pull Up

Hello guys.
I try to pull up gpio pin on RockPi4 but get an error only:

Start to set mode
MRAA: Invalid resource.

Code is here:

mraa::Result status;

/* initialize GPIO */
mraa::Gpio gpio(GPIO_PIN);

What's problem?
Is it possible to to use pull up/down feature?
