Creating new launch conf without specifying the DSL raises NLS missing message error

When creating a new launch conf.

the following message error occurs:

 NLS missing message: ConcurrentMainTab_Language_not_specified in: org.eclipse.gemoc.execution.concurrent.ccsljavaengine.ui.launcher.LauncherMessages

there is probably a problem while looking for messages in the plugins
