Platform Support

Hi,
The README doesn't tell any details, and the NuGet Package only contains .dll files for "native" code.

So I assume this package is .NET Framework on Windows x86/x64 only, currently.

Are you interested in supporting other platforms like .NET Core, Windows on ARM, Linux, MacOS, and mobile (via Xamarin)?
