After deployment, open the UI and create your first admin account. Migrations
run automatically on startup. To enable email notifications configure the
EMAIL_SMTP_* variables in the service environment. For AI-powered duplicate
detection and summarization add an OPENAI_API_KEY. File uploads require S3 or
S3-compatible storage (MinIO) configured via the S3_* variables.
