Can anyone clarify the status of this library?

Has the lead stopped maintaining it?

I see lots of pull requests but they don't seem to be either wontfix or being pulled. If it's nolonger maintained is there a recent maintined fork?

(I appreciate lead might be busy with more important stuff, just asking)
