User Stories
To give context to the problem we are trying to solve with ro-crates and data provenance it would be useful to have a set of user profiles and stories. This will help with understanding of requirements.
Who are the target users of the Use Cases?
UC1 - Just-CURS Digital Twins for just climate urban resilience.
Stakeholders and related topics: Municipalities, Citizen Science
UC2 - OPENHidra service to help user adapt to climate change in coastal areas.
Stakeholders and related topics: Oceans, Port Authorities, Industrial and Commerical Entities, Local Municipalities and Regional Authorities, Tourism Operators, Agriculture and Aquaculture Stakeholders, Environmental Organizations, LOcal Citizens and Community Groups
UC3 - Shrink Swell provides a survey of risk of damage to infrastructure caused by the action of shrinking or swelling of underlaying clay soils. Potential users of this service are home buyers, construction companies and local authority.
Stakeholders and related topics: Geological survey, Soil scientist, Building and building regulation, Insurance)
Academics and project partners working on the development of the use case services.
Who are the stakeholders?
Experts from and related to the topics of the use cases.
- European and international experts on climate adaptation and DRR (including policy, analysis and modelling experts)
- Interoperability experts, covering all four categories outlined in the European Interoperabiltiy Framework (Legal, Organisational, Technical, Semantic aspects)
- EOSC infrastructures (Computing, data, networking,...)
- Research Infrastructures
- Data spaces
What are the requirements of the stakeholders?
Those collecting or generating the data should have an easy to use system for inputing metadata and data provenance.
As a End User: UC3 - Home Buyer I would like to understand the nature of the data that went into my risk report so I know how to interperate the results. Eg climate projection data - made using the most up-to-date model simulations however it cannot be 100% accurate, what is the uncertainity?
As a End User: UC3 - Home Buyer I would like to know that the models used to calculate my risk report have been properly tested and verified.
