Why

RGPO have sent the latest grants & PIs as of Dec 2025.

What

• create new HR feed file & load to pub-oapi
• create new grants metadata file
• create new grants-user links metadata file
• load HR feed file to QA & Prod
• load grants metadata file to QA
• load grants metadata file to Prod
• after HR feed and grants metadata files confirmed successfully loaded, load grants-user links metadata file to QA & Prod
• build with updated RGPO file and apply in QA & Prod

Symplectic are looking into issue with the grants feed that are causing the new file to not be reported w/o the grant-user links. Awaiting their resolution before providing the new user-links file so we can confirm that things are working as expected.

@myucekul HR feed update to remove the users no longer in UC feed is in the oapi rgpo folder as 20260204-rgpo_hr_feed_new.csv. No rush -- this is mostly to resolve the import errors.

Transferred to Symplectic the RGPO metadata file to production and uploaded the grants-users link file to QA.

The changes are live. There are a few minor updates required -- will get that in the feed for next week.
