feature Request: enable greater flexability in the data paths in the E01 notebook post processing

Current the expected data path is very rigid in that the data must be in /dls/e01/data/<year>/<visit>/raw/<sample_name> otherwise the code is unable to locate and further process the data. examples of further flexibility could be enabling there to be no sample_name associated (data saved directly in the raw folder) or for the sample name to contain multiple folders.
