Build the guided episode setup intake #1326

Description

@e35dev-loop-maintainer

Create the first usable setup flow where a creator starts a new episode by adding either a Riverside-style recording link or separate synced speaker files, then assigns each source to clear speaker roles like Host, Guest 1, and Guest 2. Include simple social-link fields for each speaker during the same setup so the product begins with the context it needs before style selection and editing.

Acceptance (definition of done)

From the preview app, a reviewer can start a new episode, choose either a recording-link path or a multi-file upload path, see each added source represented as a track, assign every required track to a speaker bucket, add optional social links for each speaker, and continue only when the setup is complete. The chosen source type, speaker roles, names, and social links are visibly carried into the next preview step. The existing verification commands node scripts/run-tests.mjs prototype and node scripts/run-tests.mjs preview pass, with focused coverage for incomplete setup, role assignment, and handoff into the next step.

This is the current active step for this product. The maintainer will only merge a pull request that completes THIS step and demonstrably works. Open a PR that closes this issue.

Why this step now: The product cannot deliver presets, captions, canvas editing, or export until it has a reliable episode starting point. The most valuable foundation is the creator-facing intake that turns raw synced recordings and speaker context into an organized episode the rest of the workflow can build on.
