Approach

I built a Laravel platform around the account lifecycle: prospect, customer, lost, and churned. Research, outreach, website demos, and delivery are connected to the same business record.

Workflow

Discover → Research → Qualify → Create demo → Outreach → Onboard → Publish → Manage

Account records for business details, research, contact history, outreach notes, follow-ups, and do-not-contact status.

A sales workspace for qualification, outreach logging, and tailored website demonstrations.

Reusable website templates and AI-assisted production, with previews, builds, demo/staging/live states, and publishing workflows.

Why it matters

The connected workflow makes research usable in the sales process and carries that context into website production and client management. It is designed to reduce repeated data entry and manual handoffs.

Technology

Laravel, PHP, Eloquent, Blade, Tailwind, JavaScript, databases, external APIs, and AI-assisted workflows.

What was produced

Built a platform that connects prospect research with sales and website delivery. The broader system includes concepts for onboarding, enquiries, analytics, client portals, billing with Stripe, and team management. Integration availability and production readiness vary; these are not claims of commercial deployment.
