The name of the ShareLaTeX Project which is shown on the top of the project should display the name of the Sandstorm Grain.

I agree!

Unfortunately, Sandstorm does not yet provide a way for these titles to be synced. See sandstorm-io/sandstorm#1117 and sandstorm-io/sandstorm#1475.
