Window sizing issues #8
Description
The default window size was just a little too big for my monitor, putting the menu bar off of the screen, meaning I had to resize the window before I could close it.
Also, the PlotSelectionPopUp was incorrectly sized so that some of the text didn't fit in the window, and the window was not resizable.
