Version of Python For Running Program should be specified

I appreciate that a few of the packages have version specifications, but I think it would be best if the authors would specify the exact versions of each of the packages that they are using. I was able to get the program to run with Python 3.7 (for some reason it seemed wxPython had a compatibility issue with Python 3.8.

I appreciate your receptiveness to my suggestions. I'm attempting to use the program to fit some Faraday rotation data, and I'm running in to some quirks with the GUI. I'm tempted to submit them as issues, but I can't know for sure that they are issues since I kind of hacked together different versions of packages to get things to work.

If you can share what packages are required for a "proper functioning version" then I can contribute a little bit to the development by sharing any issues that I run across as I'm trying to use it. I'm passingly familiar with python, so it's possible that I can even fix any issues I run across myself and submit pull requests.

I've got python 3.8 installed (64-bit, on Windows 10), just done a fresh install with the following packages on my system (from pip list) and it appears to be working correctly. Note this is from the dev branch, not the master.

I'm embarrassed to say that I'm having difficulty with installing this onto a second Windows computer. I installed Anaconda on the computer, then was trying to use the command line interface and pip to install the versions quoted above. I received error messages when it was installing numpy because I didn't have MS Visual studio installed, so I think that needs to be added to the list of required programs.

Even after installing MS visual studio I'm still running into errors.

As for the list of programs, I think the way to go is using the "pip freeze" command. More details can be found at the link below, but it seems to be the easiest way to install a list of specific packages using pip. https://pip.pypa.io/en/latest/user_guide/#requirements-files

EDIT: I was able to obtain a working installation by using the default Anaconda "base" installation. Anaconda complains that wxpython can't be installed via the package manager because of a conflict, but I used pip to install a more recent version of wxPython and lmfit that seem to be compatible with python 3.8.

So i've got a problem with running elecsus in python 3.8 all packages like #5 (comment)
installed but still its writing ImportError: cannot import name 'clock' from 'time' (unknown location)
