• The link https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/data-access/model-data/model-datasets/global-data-assimilation-system-gdas 404s for me.
• The link https://metplus.readthedocs.io/en/develop/search.html?q=VxData%26%26UseCase&check_keywords=yes&area=default (under text METplus Use Cases) leads to empty search results.
• The link https://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov/pub/data/nccf/com/gfs/prod may need to be updated. If I'm not mistaken, NCEP has relocated prepbufr data from the "gfs" product to one called "obsproc", such that a recent prepbufr file's URL is now e.g. https://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov/pub/data/nccf/com/obsproc/prod/gfs.20250617/gfs.t00z.prepbufr.nr. Note the /obsproc/ in the URL vs the previous /gfs/.

I'll leave the remainder of the form as-is for your consideration.
