Plex library refresh can't seem to grab files.

I'm using this tool with Plex like many others but I can't seem to get Plex to find folders/files inside of the drive. I've su'd into the plex user and confirmed that folders and files are viewable/downloadable, but when adding the folder to plex and hitting refresh libray it spins and spins without ever finding content.

Any ideas? I'm mounted using the script with allow_others.
